Good classic composition, the plants are very healthy. Trimming on the right is a bit sharp. Well done.

It is very colorful and beautiful likable layout. The composition balance on the left and right is good and the shooting technique is also perfect. Unfortunately, the type of rock used is not unified. In the case of this layout, it is better to unify rocks to one type.

Very intense layout, with good textures and shapes. But maybe the hardscape work could be better. The author choosed the same type of rocks, but in different colors. This is not so good. Another thing, and more important too...each rock are positioned in one direction. It is impossible to see the vectors of the fluidity in this layout. The fluidity is broken, mostly in the right side of layout. In this layout who is in charge of this is the path. The path guide us from left to right.
Maybe the bigger grey rock at the left side in the front could be a little bit smaller and with more details or simply more atractive.
The trimming tecnic of the right side bushes could be more natural, and just one more thing, the Crypto in the center is really necessary? Wrong proportion, isn't it? Keep scaping, you have talent and good notion of Nature feelings. Congratulations.

It is always a risky move to mix 2 different kind of rock or rocks with different colors in a same tank - it is possible, but quite risky.
In this layout, i think the 2 different colors of rock is doing more harm than good, especially when the right side has more brown color rock and the left side is mainly gray rock, this is not good in terms of balancing.

the Cryptocoryne is also too big and it is redundant in this layout.

to me, the biggest issue with this layout is balancing, beside the rocks balancing that i mentioned above, the plants are not well balance too. taking the rotala at background for example, the left side and the right side is not well balance in terms of color and the shape (right side too too tidy and left side more natural).

i believe the creator has all the technical skills needed to created a nice layout, just have to understand the importance of balancing.
